We extend FREE complimentary shipping on all orders placed within the U.S. (4-7 business days).

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track its progress. For international orders, please allow additional time for processing and customs clearance.

Just click on the link enclosed in your order confirmation email to review your order's status. Once your order is dispatched, use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to monitor its journey. Please be aware that processing and pickup by our shipping partners may take 1-3 business days. Once scanned, we'll promptly email you the tracking details.

Regrettably, once shipments leave our facility, we're unable to assume responsibility due to increased online orders and reduced logistical workforce. Shipments are transferred to third-party logistics partners like USPS or DHL, and we cannot oversee individual deliveries. However, upon filing a claim with Package Protection, lost, damaged, or stolen packages can be addressed with potential refunds or replacements.

International Buyers: Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and charges are not incorporated into the item price or shipping expenses. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend consulting your country's customs office to ascertain the potential additional costs before making a purchase.
