For assistance with refunds, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@nestlingbabyco.com. Our dedicated team will guide you through the return process. Please note, changes to orders or shipping addresses cannot be guaranteed post-order placement but prior to shipment.

At Nestling Baby we offer a 30-day return policy coupled with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Your happiness is our top priority, and we strive to meet it within our guidelines. To initiate a return or exchange, kindly ensure the product reaches us within the 30-day window, and we'll handle the rest!

To ensure a smooth return experience, all returns must be coordinated through our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for reimbursement.

Approved refunds may be subject to deduction of return shipping fees from your reimbursement, except for incorrectly shipped or defective items. Additionally, damaged returns due to inadequate packaging will not be reimbursed.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please notify customer service within 14 business days of delivery at hello@nestlingbabyco.com for assistance.

For inquiries about late or missing refunds, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company before reaching out to us at hello@nestlingbabyco.com. Refunds may take some time to process.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@nestlingbabyco.com.
